We are food culinarians, starting from being organic farmers, to preparing a wide variety of international fusion dishes and of course eating these custom creations by living a raw lifestyle!

Ta-Raw, head chef is joined by daughters Rachel and Lydia who have been cooking since they were 10 and daughter-in-law Ariana who has been a vegetarian since she was 8.

They are not restricted by recipes but take a grass roots approach to food. They look to the unsung heroes of their food, the organic farmers, and build their daily menu around what is fresh, local and seasonal. Their challenge is to prepare delicious, and ever changing dishes that combine taste, nutrition and affordability! Entrees are $6-$8 and use only organic ingredients.
